Our Shipping Services

At CASA DORA, we take pride in serving customers across Australia and ship to most parts of *Australia from our Melbourne warehouse. We use the services of dedicated courier providers to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. The size of your order and the fragility of your purchased items dictate which courier service is used..

Standard Kerb Side Delivery Service

Bulky Parcels

Our couriers deliver directly to your door but not inside your home. This is a standard kerb-side delivery service that requires you to accept the delivery at your door and does not include a phone call in advance. You may need to arrange additional assistance for handling bulky items as needed.

The default options for “No One Home” are safe drop, out of the weather and delivery to the ground floor only by Aramex, Australia Post and StarTrack. If these options do not suit you, then please leave a note at checkout or email hello@casadora.com.au, together with your order reference number.

Small Parcels

Where possible, we use Australia Post for smaller items as they offer live tracking, speedy delivery services, and always leave a card, allowing you to collect from the nearest Australia Post location if you’re not home to receive your delivery.

Our *Free Metro Delivery Offer is to selected suburbs and for a limited time only.

CASA DORA offers *Free Shipping on orders greater than $399. The capital city metro areas (as defined by us) exclude Western Australia, Northern Territory, Far North Queensland, and Country VIC/SA/NSW/WA/QLD/TAS.

For customers in WA, NT, FNQ and Country Australia, we offer Special Flat Shipping Rates – One Cabinet $99, Two Cabinets $149 and Three Cabinets or more please email our customer service team at hello@casadora.com.au for a custom shipping price.

Shipping Calculated at Checkout

If your order is not eligible for free shipping, shipping rates are calculated on your delivery location and will be applied during the checkout process.

Some products may qualify for *Free Shipping to regional areas – check our shipping calculator for eligibility. *The Free Shipping offer expires on 30 June 2024; no discount code is required.

Please note that delivery to Post Office Box addresses is not possible.

  • Order Processing: Expect a touch of anticipation as we carefully prepare your order for dispatch. Please allow a processing time of 1-7 working days from our warehouse.
  • Delivery Duration: We understand the excitement of your purchase and aim to get it to you swiftly. The delivery times vary based on your location, generally falling within the range of 3-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Note: During peak seasons, busy periods, or special sale events, our team works diligently to fulfil orders. In these instances, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as additional time may be required for both dispatch and delivery.

Regional Shipping

If your address is outside our metropolitan zone, the shipping calculator will provide shipping costs before your purchase is finalised. For assistance, email us at hello@casadora.com.au

Rural and Remote Locations

Door-to-door delivery in rural or remote areas isn’t guaranteed. Our team will contact you if assistance is needed for delivery.

Parcel Delivery Options

Our courier can leave the parcel in a suitable place if you’re away. If this doesn’t work for you, email us immediately for alternative arrangements.
